These Terms are entered into by and between you ("User," "you") and EcomAudience.com, a project of Idube Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 201806248W) with its registered office at 10 Anson Road, #22-02 International Plaza, Singapore 079903.
These Terms govern your access to and use of EcomAudience.com and the associated partner sign-up and portal pages (together, the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Website.
Partner accounts specifically: creating a partner account and submitting an offer for review is also governed by the separate Co-Registration Partner Program Agreement, presented and accepted during account setup — that agreement, not this page, governs pricing, opt-in delivery, offer approval, and billing disputes.
The Website is offered to users 18 years of age or older, capable of forming a legally binding contract with the Company, generally acting on behalf of a real business.
If you register for a partner account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ecommercecoffeebreak.com of any unauthorized access.
The Website and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are the property of the Company or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from Website content without written permission.
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Website's operation, to attempt to access data not intended for you, or to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes not resolved informally (contact hello@ecommercecoffeebreak.com first) shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore, or, where arbitration does not apply, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may revise these Terms at our discretion; continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
